A friend saw this book, A is for Atom, ⚛️ in a resale shop, and knowing we live in a mid mod house, she couldn’t pass it up! I’m so glad because we think it is clever and fun and of course, super stylish.

It is written and illustrated by Greg Paprocki and is a part of a collection of babylit alphabet books that explore various eras from the Stone Age to Victorian to Modern.

My favorite page in this Mid Mod one is “E is for espionage.” Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?

If this book doesn’t transport you to a better time, with backyard barbecues, windows instead of walls, and babies who know their ABC’S, I don’t know what will!
